Recorded the video in a mobile phone and
Uploaded it on Whatsapp.
Udhampur District Commissioner told reporters.
Three people have been arrested following a complaint filed by the woman.
Was travelling with her male friend
F`ive men harassing her.
She resisted, the youths stripped her in public.
